Evaluates and manages the Firm’s operation and information systems.
Managing the Marketing of the Firm professional services and Social Media.
Performing/coordinating all other operational functions required of a growth-oriented CPA Firm.
Managed outside HR consulting for clients which included recruitment, OSHA regulation, HR audits, and more. Tracking client development and growth. Tracking costs and regulating or cutting where necessary.
Evaluating periodically the computer systems used by the Frim. Including hardware and all software, to determine whether changes are merited to increase efficiency and to achieve cost savings.
