Apr. 2018Lake Mary, Florida, United StatesResolve incoming emails timely and accurately including specialty queues such as Executive, Legal and Human Resource requests related to payroll inquiries. Assist payroll administrators by answering incoming calls regarding direct deposit, salary changes, special pay, short term disability, and general payroll time reporting inquiries during periods of high call volume. Answer incoming calls in the executive call queue. Process payroll-related forms such as state and federal W4's, common pay letters, COPE/PAC deductions, stale-dated checks, non-residential forms, garnishments, and salary verification with accuracy and timeliness. Process incoming mail sorting, mortgage verification, returned live checks, court of common plea, garnishments and other payroll-related documents. Manage/process documents received via the fax queue. Act as a subject matter expert to support payroll administrators with payroll inquiries to drive first-call resolution by assisting in the group chat and providing floor support during leadership staff meetings. Lead and contribute to team engagement activities and training. Collaborate with the leadership team to stay updated on payroll knowledge and stay informed of any changes in policies/procedures. Interact cooperatively and support peers in HR, Benefits, and Benefit Vendors to resolve employee questions/issues. Update employee call details in the employee payroll support case database. Manage email and case workflow to ensure all payroll inquiries are completed accurately and timely follow up is provided to the employee.
