Feb. 2012 - Jun. 2013Lagoa Santa•Responsible for all HR sub-systems in Healthcare Lagoa Santa – MG, reporting to the Plant Manager (locally) and to the HR Director (Best - Holland) and being responsible for a team of 10 employees.
•In charge of define Philips way of working, implementing procedures, policies and Key Performance Indicators for each HR activity, ensuring the maturity level and development of all HR processes (HR Strategy, Organizational Capability Development, Staffing, Talent Management, Performance Management, Recognition and Reward, Health & Occupational Safety, Internal & External Relations, Payroll and Data Management). •Leading the employee engagement survey, establishing action plans through deep dive meetings and overall, following the rate evolution (KPI´s).
•Defining backup and succession plans.
•Implementing development plan focused on Learning (~50hrs per employee – annual).
•Implementing Performance Evaluation Tools for all levels.
•Managing the AOP (Annual Operating Process), ensuring the department costs control properly.
•Establishing a “friendly” relationship with the Union, balancing Business interests.
