When I started working at Outside Broadcast, there was no in-house experience in the domain of single camera operations. It was my duty to synergize the different methods into the existing Outside Broadcast structure. I also started a small content division with Mediasense to provide our relations with creative solutions for their ideas. Main responsibilities:
• As a Business Unit Manager, I managed a team of 15 people and I was responsible for the operational aspects of all projects
• I negotiate, develop and consolidate all partnerships of Mediasense, on behalf of Outside Broadcast
• I produce the movies we create for our corporate clients (Jan de Nul, Antwerp World Diamond Centre, …).
• Social media manager of the Outside Broadcast Group and its Mediasense division
• Prospect, negotiate, develop and consolidate new business opportunities
• Development and follow-up on RFP’s and Tenders
• Full P&L responsibility for Mediasense
• Defending the Mediasense strategy in front of the shareholders board (75% private equity, 25% CEO)
