Implemented a new geriatric Psychiatric Unit in 2022 and negotiated Texas A&M Psychiatry Department residency rotation in this unit at Cypress Creek. Developed a close working relationship with HCA Northwest on a number of fronts that produces significant benefits to the hospital.
