Oct. 2021 - Apr. 2022Toronto, Ontario, CanadaOversaw the Product roadmap for the pre-purchase experience of the global website. This required meticulous story and ticket writing to account for all required translations and edge cases per region. During my time at Canada Goose, the North American site went through a major re-design that then needed to be replicated for rest of world. My tasks included: - Monitoring the success of the North American site (logging bugs, functionality issues, QA for each release and making note of all changes in order to replicate for rest of world - Ensuring all design files accounted for any and all edge cases the user may encounter in the pre-purchase flow and working closely with UX and engineering teams to align on scope - Providing all necessary deliverables that would be required for all regions, including translations for all available languages in each region, legal requirements based on regional data collection laws and aligning with vendors on any roadmap and delivery timeline changes

Nov. 2014 - May. 2015Overseeing the merchandising strategy of 7 stores, I was required to understand the unique market of each neighbourhood and determine product story-telling based on each customer persona. New zoning would be required as certain archetypes sold through and once SKU count reached a certain amount, a store flip would occur (usually once every 1.5 weeks). This required diligent inventory management, adaptable store planning strategies and creating evolving training resources for the in-house team to implement between store visits.
