•Identifying the requirement for a cultural shift to managing employee performance by embedding Performance Management processes; through employee and management training, coaching line management, developing strong relationships with senior management and engaging individuals in the process. Delivering an 85% return on annual reviews compared to 20% the previous year
•Developing employee engagement plans to drive the business plan, resulting in an increase in employee engagement to 66% engaged and an increase in IIP level from basic to Silver in two years. Responsibilities
•Developing plans to future proof the organisation through succession planning and reward and recognition schemes.
•Coaching and influencing the board around the implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans. •Up-skilling line management through personal development, coaching and mentoring. Enabling line managers to manage their people through design and delivery of workshops including Recruitment, Coaching, Dealing with Difficult Conversations and Performance Management training.
•Development of business focused inductions to support employee engagement and inspire a passion for the business, harnessing and developing talent from day one.
•Developing a strategy to approach resourcing within a rapidly evolving market, allowing the business to respond quickly to market conditions, developing mutually beneficial partnerships with third parties to attract and retain top talent.
