Jul. 2019 - Aug. 2020Ponta Grossa Area, Brasil- Structuring and managing the project portfolio for the various businesses of the cooperative (agriculture, livestock, energy, food industry, and dairy). These projects include business expansion, maintenance, innovation, and more;
- Leading working groups within the businesses to define projects with high strategic alignment and clear benefits;
- Structuring business cases and projects for presentation to the board of directors. This involves validating assumptions, requirements, and risks to determine whether the proposed benefits in the business case can be achieved;
- Preparing status report presentations for the board of directors and fiscal council on the projects under my responsibility;
- Monitoring and controlling scope, cost, timeline, quality, and risks of ongoing projects, ensuring that proposed projects deliver the benefits outlined in the business case and benefits management plan;
- Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle;
- Managing critical projects related to business expansion and restructuring, evaluating the continuation or discontinuation of a product and/or service provided by the company, and defining actions for business transformation;
- Providing technical support in project management to project managers in each business, offering standardized tools and processes tailored to their needs;
Training cooperative employees in project management, sharing knowledge to improve project outcomes for the organization.
