• Client account and relationship management: senior point of contact and escalation for all clients, ensuring client happiness and best practice CRM standards are upheld
• Providing strong, visible, and ongoing mentorship, leadership, guidance, and support to all team members
• Ensuring highest delivery standards as project owner and senior technical consultant
• Support the wider CST team(s) on proposal writing, questionnaire design, analysis frameworks and reporting / presentations
• Responsible for full content management on multiple internal projects - input and oversight, across industry and methodology (e.g., concept tests, pack tests, trackers, hybrid, qual, etc.)
