Technical participation in the review of the ABNT NBR5419 standard and approval of the Hyground™ system at Petrobras. 100% growth in sales in two years, with strong market share expansion. Direct management of a team of 27 sales representatives, 2 service agents and 1 support technician. Market expansion with strong focus on prospecting, loyalty and solutions applied in the field. This experience consolidated my expertise in creating, structuring and strengthening high-performance distribution channels with a focus on long-term relationships.
