Led the Montreal team initially and then took over leading the global team, Training was sometimes done remotely - Sao Paulo and Prague - or in person - Kuala Lumpur and Tianjin. Eventually the entire english speaking support was transferred to Kuala Lumpur - in 2012 I was sent to KL to transfer the account over.
