📌 Expanded military access—designed a pipeline for Puerto Ricans who didn’t qualify due to English barriers, training them in ESL and successfully transitioning them into Basic Training.
📌 Built the Air Force’s #1 DE&I Program, making inclusivity a mission-critical strength and fostering a culture of belonging and empowerment.
