Coach and advise founders, boards, investors, and C-level executives, fostering trust-based relationships and influencing diverse stakeholder groups
Strategic and operational thought partner and bandwidth extender to senior management; fill interim COO, CSO and Chief of Staff roles; manage highly-sensitive, confidential and non-public information with discretion and appropriate urgency Develop and drive strategies including senior-level hiring; manage complex, diverse cross-functional projects and teams; design and implement internal systems, processes and workflows; drive cost reductions and continuous efficiency improvements, manage change and nurture culture
Drive and cultivate strategic business development and partnership opportunities for clients through relationships with decision-makers and organizations from personal and professional networks; common partners include private equity firms, venture capital firms, portfolio companies and others
Develop and scale internal and external business development functions and processes, fundraising, go-to-market efforts and growth strategies, including international expansion plans and partnerships
Develop operating and financial models as-needed, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Collaborate with and coach senior executives and founders to craft impactful data-based narratives, analyses and presentation materials, including investor updates, strategy overviews and board presentations, etc.
Manage internal teams to create due diligence processes and materials to evaluate customers, investments, products, partners and prospective clients
