- Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activity. - Determining and managing budgets.
- Conducting market research and analysis to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Conducting promotional visits to generate awareness of our products and services. - Managing the development of promotional literature, including bi-annual newsletter and to liaise with designers/printers in respect of the printing, distributing and updating of the material.
- Compiling regular updates for the internet/intranet sites and ensure that these are accurate and up to date at all times. As well as processing and monitoring online accounts and all social media strategies.
- Organising the Annual General Meeting, and to prepare the annual report for all members.
- Ensuring and overseeing that all administration of the department is complete and up to date.
