Gave recommendations to update policies & procedures, as ways to attract more diverse talent. • Oversee the development and measurement of KPIs around DEI, including those related to hiring, promotion, pay equity, employee coaching, and more, analyzing all results to measure progress and suggest improvements • Integral in establishing relationships with diverse professional groups and HBCUs/HSIs, driving a 20% increase in diverse talent applicants within the organizational pipeline • Appointed to serve as a member of the inaugural Salesforce Ecosystem Equality Partner Advisory Board, leveraging expertise to advise Salesforce concerning diversifying its partner ecosystem, including their supplier diversity program. • Collaborated with marketing and IT, developing and implementing software to revamp the way external candidates submit applications • Directly oversee a $1M philanthropy budget, focusing 25% of the organizational philanthropic efforts within the community/social justice causes
