● Hired, developed and lead an in-house ad agency team of (15) members that include cinematographers, special effects, writers, animators, and editors to increase customer engagement, satisfaction and to help sales close commitments to net-new & renewal contracts.
● Oversee creative team operations on a daily basis coupled weekly production meetings.
● Developed portfolio of content solely for Fortune 500 customers not limited to: NBC/Universal Comcast Coke Home Depot

● Cultivated and maintained solid relationships with suppliers and vendors (Voice Over Agencies, Service Firms, Stock Houses, and Music Royalties) while negotiating and administrating an internal budget of +$500,000.
● Work seamlessly with Board Members, C-Level Executives on producing internal communications. ● Support other marketing teams with amplifying relevant content with social media.
