Specifically, my duties include supporting the development of the Strategic Note on the Annual Work Plan through developing the theory of change for the 3 strategic priorities for UN Women in Palestine (political participation, economic participation, and eliminating violence and discrimination). Other responsibilities include developing and implementing the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Plan associated with the Annual Work Plan to ensure a robust monitoring and evaluation system to capture lessons learned and to instill a culture of results based management in the Office. My duties include providing technical advice on monitoring and reporting to all staff memebers and to manage external evaluations and ensure evaluations are planned and conducted using an equity and human rights based approach. I am also a member of the Palestine UNCT UNDAF M&E Group providing technical advice on the monitoring framework for the UNDAF in Palestine.
