- Developing a Data Strategy that will create efficiencies and better insights across Heathrow Procurement.
- A conduit for data across Heathrow procurement.
- Delivering analytical solutions (i.e., models and tools) in line with requirements, best practices, and Heathrow strategies.
- Building and maintaining analytical products (i.e., reports and dashboards) in line with requirements, best practices, and approved tools.
- Fully documenting and sharing pertinent information with stakeholders as a matter of course.
- Cross-functional, collaborative working with the wider Procurement team to deliver solutions.
- Delivering insights to a range of internal and external stakeholders including board level.
- Engaging with the our suppliers and the supply chain to drive value. Heathrow Seat Cap: - Working collaboratively with c-suite, directors and various teams from different departments to monitor compliance with Heathrow's departure seat cap.
- Developed a dashboard to consolidate all data which is used as a central one-stop-shop for data and monitoring. This allowed us to view data from different lenses as well as easily drill down. Achievements:
- Developed a Data Consolidation App for the team to standardise reporting and information to hand, this improved decision making and allowed the Procurement Department to be more proactive than reactive (saved c.80hours a month from consolidating data and improving integrity).
- Improved risk reporting process by halving the time it takes to produce reports (1-2 hours a report saved).
- Development of dashboard and reporting process for the T4 reopening recruitment effort of suppliers, which allowed the business to prioritise and help suppliers, where required.
