• Accurately monitoring and tracking project progress in line with agreed milestones and utilising appropriate techniques to measure and report project performance, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Aligning with client teams to facilitate and ensure seamless transition into BAU operations.
• Implementing Agile methodologies and PMO tools across all projects to enable consistent method to continual improvement while ensuring a balanced approach applied to resource, capacity and project bottleneck mitigation.
