Joanna Meister Okolisan is a Registered Psychotherapist who provides online individual and couples therapy across Ontario, Canada. After 20 years of working in the field, Meister returned to school and completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. A key aspect of her training is in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that informs her attachment-based work with both individual clients and couples. Meister specializes in supporting clients whose anxiety or worry significantly impacts their lives, as well as couples who are committed to their relationship and want to create positive change.
