As the Digital Marketing Manager for APAC, my responsibilties include: Lead, train, motivate and mentor regional teammates towards achieving campaign goals. Monitor and recommends online campaign execution.
Manage and maintain annual spending budget for campaign content and assets.
Be the POC between sub-region and vendors.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) tracked by Power BI. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Achievements:
1) Played key role in UX/UI, UAT for Microsoft's first and global launch of Synchronized Shopping. A means to bridge offline and online consumer experience.
2) Planned, support and execute Microsoft's first global Partners Digital Summit in ANZ - Bringing partners and technologies together to build businesses maximizing digital trends.
