o Arrears management- working with finance and providing financial breakdowns, client negotiation, processing customer changes, use of enforcement processes, and scheduling and collecting payments.
o Working in task oriented teams with minimal case ownership liaising with senior members of staff and other Government agencies with a focus on data protection, task efficiency and working to deadlines. and case assurance, ensuring all cases are up-to-date and accurate. o Team Leader experience- consolidation and training of new staff. Through a number of temporary promotions, I have assumed the role of Team Leader and was responsible for people and work management, priority work allocation, approval of work tasks and carrying out checks on work product.
