Managed additional duties such as compiling reports, organizing communication on behalf of CEO, coordinating calendars, managing travel while balancing new priorities. ¬ Served as critical right hand support for CEO, as personal assistant, executive assistant and estate manager. Scheduled all meetings, managed database administration, spreadsheet creation, and expense/P.O. tracking.
¬ Oversaw day to day operations within household. Ensured all staffing levels to meet or exceed CEO needs. Overseeing and directing assigned projects to ensure work is being done to CEO’s standards. ¬ Managed both personal and business calendars using Outlook, coded meetings based on importance, location and time block. Secured contractors and vendors for major projects, oversaw planning and execution of home improvements and installations.
