Documentation - Authorised issue of drawings, Register is maintained according with standards Transmittals are issued for all drawings, All documents can be retrieved when needed during the project, Archive management & Tender management meets standards, Client acceptance of tender, Client feedback matters are addressed Execution of contract meets standards
Construction โ Management of the construction phase to operation standards and manage client relationships
Team Management โ Ensure skill and experience levels meet project requirements and labour costs remain within budget
