The Manager of Strategic Communication brought me onto the team to support the project manager and begin the implementation of an email and marketing automation software, ClickDimensions. After learning the software, I developed an overall project plan for how the organisation can use the program to gain efficiencies through automation and nurture campaigns. In addition, I designed custom funnels to automate stakeholder list-building and nurture campaigns to keep the community informed. ClickDimenison was successfully implemented and is used by Main Roads WA to distribute almost a million project and roadwork updates annually. I supported the project manager by developing multiple releases that have reimagined work processes that have allowed Main Roads to automate mundane tasks and reporting processes. The project had a significant impact on the way the organisation approaches stakeholder engagement and communications.

These policies covered roadwork, incident and social media communications. Production included writing website news stories, social media copy, creating visual media, Facebook ad campaign management and co-ordinating variable messaging systems with the Traffic Operations Centre. These projects and events included and are not limited to; Reid Highway bridge beam lifts, Aubin Grove Station project, Gran Fondo cycle event, City to Surf and more. I also provided digital communication advice, support and monitoring to the Strategic Communications specialists on projects such as Perth Freight link, Roe 8 and NorthLink WA. During my time in this role, I helped build and enhance productive and professional working relationships with the major delivery partners and business enablers to deliver improved digital services. Over the last 6 months we have been trained in the assessment of single trip applications which involves preforming assessment of the road network for the safe movement of OSOM loads. I have recently been taken off DOA on rows of 8 applications. CUSTOMER SERVICE Throughout my career my roles have all involved providing customer focused service. I provide proactive and responsive service that meets stakeholder needs. STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS As a Heavy Vehicle Helpdesk officer my daily role is to provide accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders. In previous roles I have liaised with Local Governments, industry bodies and interest groups and I could easily call on this experience when dealing with issues relating to RAV road network access.
