Mar. 2022 - Nov. 2023São Paulo, Brasil- Strategic Leadership: I directed the process of structuring and implementing the "Run the Business" program throughout Santander's Consumer Department, playing a crucial role in the creation and planning of processes that improved quality, productivity and operational efficiency. - Implementation of Scaled Agile (SAFe): Planned, coordinated, controlled and monitored the implementation of Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices in 11 verticals of the Consumer Department, ensuring alignment and consistency on all fronts. - Documentation and Process Design: I carried out the mapping, documentation and design of the structure and processes of "Run the Business", detailing models and pillars of action that supported the organizational transformation. - Measurement Models: Developed measurement models for the implementation progress and maturity of "Run the Business", providing valuable insights for decision making and continuous improvements. - Communication and Visual Identity: I created exclusive visual identities and communication plans for the "Run the Business" work fronts, strengthening engagement and clarity of initiatives. - Capacity Management: Supported and planned the development of capacity plans for all domains of the Consumer Department, in addition to creating capacity management and control plans, optimizing resource allocation. - Indicator Management: Monitored and managed indicators, OKRs and KPIs in the area, ensuring the achievement of strategic and operational objectives. - F1rst Agile Methodology: Collaborated with the F1rst Agile Methodology area, planning, organizing and facilitating training, events, workshops and lean inceptions, promoting the adoption of agile practices. - Executive Presentations: Prepared executive presentations and conducted results presentations for the executive audience, effectively communicating the progress and impacts of initiatives.
