▪ Tool and process development & acceptance activities via cooperating with especially with abroad tool suppliers and customers and follow up with MS Project.
▪ Tools & process checking and development in abroad. (South Korea)
▪ Instruct the molding conditions via MoldFlow to injection production team leaders.
▪ Participation and support quality and purchasing team for DFM, BOM, Mold Offer List, 6sigma, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, A3 Format and 8D problem solving especially for the plastic part defects. (Injection Molding Troubleshooting)
▪ Running MoldFlow analysis for product & injection process development via CAE tools&Taguchi Methods.
▪ Working with the production team and R&D team to follow up all molds in line with targets, KPIs and milestones set by project team for series production.
▪ Running and evaluating MoldFlow analysis for product, tool performance and injection condition development via Autodesk MoldFlow CAE & Taguchi Methods as a Lead Engineer.
▪ Setting up MoldFlow mesh models, process requirements and polymer material selection for Fill, Pack, Warp and Cool Analysis.
▪ Attending mold purchasing meetings and preparing technical requirements for tool purchasing.
▪ Improvements automotive plastic part design via Co-Design with customer and suppliers according to OEM’s standard requirements.
▪ Preparing 3D concept designs related to molds, mold equipments and plastic parts for feasibility and cost reduction studies via Siemens NX and CATIA V5.
