As a flagship store manager working out of Chelsea and Wimbledon I oversee budgets and overall performance of my team, and work closely with our clients to ensure success. - Providing high quality customer success and product information to clients, including nurturing and acquiring new relationships with VIP’s.
- Oversee training of all new staff internally and externally on systems, brand knowledge, and customer journey.
- Oversee operations and logistics fulfilling and organising orders placed on our online channel.
- Handling and maintaining visual merchandising, as well as styling photoshoots used for content our Style Guide and e-commerce platforms.
- Other responsibilities include opening and closing the store, handling cash, stocktake, booking in and distributing stock to other branches, maintaining the shop floor to the highest standards, and delegating responsibilities.
