Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the provision of administrative and business support inclusive of extensive meeting and diary management for the Managing Director and wider Management Team. • Administer agenda items, facilitate approved guest speakers, record meeting minutes, and consolidate and track outstanding actions. • Construct the monthly operational update presentation on behalf of the MD for business meetings. • Arrange all travel bookings and schedules as required. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements— flights, hotels, trains, cars, ensuring all logistics, including all documentation. • Cultivate and strengthen relationships across the business and with external partners. • Being a trusted and reliable counsel, managing sensitive situations, remaining calm working under pressure. • Acting as the point of contact for team members, press, customers, partners and investors. • Representing the company and the Executives in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgement. • Manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed including high profile PR events, exhibitions, as well as various training courses. • Facilitate team offsites and internal events including quarterly team socials and staff wellbeing days. • Be proactive - looking ahead and ensuring everything is in place ahead of time. • Be emotionally intelligent: handle all duties with the highest degree of confidentiality, professionalism, diplomacy and integrity.
