We are firm believers in sustainable lifestyle and always aim to use produce of the highest quality from ethical sources. Majority of our food is sourced locally unless stated otherwise and this mainly in the event of organising a themed wine tasting or dinner, after all, our main aim is to take your taste buds on holiday! We focus on local wines but have a great selection of other, mainly European wines from independent producers. We prefer working with wineries that have already switched to sustainable, organic or bio-dynamic, production or are in the process of doing so. We have been working with a couple of like-minded wine merchants for many years and we do our best to visit wineries from where we source our wines.
