Using a unique methodology, they amplify Gen Z voices to support companies in asking difficult questions to understand their stakeholders and have the conversations that matter. In 2018 I was promoted to part of the senior leadership team. Highlights included: - Overseeing the strategic direction and running of the organisation & delivered 1000s of hours of communications consultation to FTSE 100 & 250 companies. Personally pitched for deals worth over £500,000 to companies including Snapchat, Deloitte, and The Premier League. - Hosted and produced internationally recognised events with partners including CNN, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, BBC (Nick Robinson), The Times (Henry Winter). - Designed DebateBox programme – combining debating and boxing, gaining support from Anthony Joshua.
-Managed teams of up to 12 globally, including UK, Rwanda, and Japan.
