• On boarding 11 of the current sales and triage staff and providing ongoing coaching and assistance.
• Successfully on boarding third party contractor Horan and Bird resulting in market penetration in the Townsville area.
• Implementation of Vedacheck credit scoring to the business unit. Including project management, liaising with key stakeholders and rolling out training to the sales team. The result is a better customer experience and a reduced cancellation rate due to failed credit check.
• Developing a Nearmaps solar design submission solution between sales and our service contractors/operations team, that has resulted in a dramatic decrease in cancellations due to insufficient roof space and/or incorrect designs.
• Managing key business relationships with third party stakeholders, Macquarie bank, Service Stream, Horan and Bird, NRC, Veda.
• Provided support to the business in launching new products, Solar as a Service, Macquarie Finance and most recently Battery Storage.
• Developed a lead management solution where one had never existed, allowing for a more efficient outbound sales team, and a better customer experience as response time is now meeting our internal SLAs.
• Provided UAT support, refining usability and processes for new sales platform and CRM, Salesforce.com
• Day to day management of a team of 11 Solar and Home Products sales staff, and a team of 5 Triage agents.
• Key point of contact for stakeholders - Operations, Service Stream, Home services operations, Project directors, Macquarie Bank, Horan and Bird, NRC.
• Channel Broker Management.
• Management of referred Vedascore reviews and outcomes.
• Management of Macquarie finance orders.
• Management of Nearmaps designs, and liaising with Solar field team for design review.
• Management of cancellations including reviews and a focus to save resulting in positive NPS and overall better customer experience.
