My responsibilities grew quickly to include owning technical project workshops and certification of product installation with couple of wonderful colleagues. Later as a senior expert with 10+ years of experience in all things NetAct and network management I was a seeked-after-consultant to other support and R&D organizations within Nokia. In latest phases I was Technology management specialist within the organisation acting as bridge between management and the techical organisations. I was part of change programs for new technologies as specialist and responsible over competence plans for next generation systems.
(Changes in virtualisation strategies, DevOps-models, etc.) Particular focus was on ramping up preventive services and incident analysis services for customers globally as part of product support efficiency development and finding new business opportunities. References on customer projects include telecom giants on multiple continents such as SoftBank, T-Mobile USA, Elisa Finland, Vodafone to name a few. I absolutely loved the global scale of work and versatile working environment. I’ve fluently worked on-site with customers on more than 30 countries. I’ve become a fluent business traveller who is not afraid of the seemingly unknown.
