• Secured national media coverage through strategic press partnerships, with features in Bon Appétit, The New York Times, Southern Living, Travel + Leisure, and NBC’s First Look.
• Led website and mobile development, expanded social media presence, and supported loyalty program growth through database management and targeted promotions.
• Managed budgets, materials production, sales initiatives, and photography for brand assets and publications.
• Built strategic partnerships with vendors and community organizations, contributing to increased revenue and brand visibility.
• Directed in-house and off-premise events, festivals, and sponsorships.
