Fast forward to 2019, a significant milestone was achieved as we expanded the CRDG Group to encompass Vandara Costa Rica, Zindis Group, Captain Zodiac, Sugoi Restaurant, and The Club at Coco Bay. This significant development broadened my marketing responsibilities, covering a wide variety of different entities within our portfolio. My responsibilities across these companies include: * Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth, revenue, and brand recognition for each company.
* Budget: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
* Content: Lead the creation of marketing materials, including visuals, written content, and multimedia.
* Promotions: Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand visibility, attract customers, and support sales.
* Lead Generation: Manage campaigns to generate leads, optimizing performance and conversion rates.
* Brand: Maintain a consistent and compelling brand image across all companies.
* Multi-Channel Marketing: Utilize various online and offline channels for marketing.
* Effectiveness: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments.
* Analysis: Assess market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to shape marketing strategies.
* Digital Marketing: Implement digital strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and online advertising.
* Design: Oversee graphic design to ensure visually appealing and cohesive marketing materials.
