Aug. 2006 - Aug. 2008Organized and taught 8-week training programs for new outpatient desk staff. I covered everything from the rules and regulations of Mayo Clinic to the various electronic applications that were used in the outpatient clinics. At any given time we were responsible for 60 to 120 desk staff. We monitored their progress while they trained at an outpatient desk, met with any individual who was struggling or needed performance improvement, and completed all timecards on a weekly basis.
