Training Needs Analysis Tool A web-based application for gathering departmental training forecast using Microsoft .Net 2.0 technology. 4. User Identification Program (UIP) A program that identifies the impacted organization and employees in a SAP implementation. It also features SAP course identification, as well as the individuals that need to take these courses, thereby facilitating the delivery of training to the target audience. 5. SAP Healthcare Issue Management Tool An online Help Desk application that provides issue management system, featuring user feedback recording, issue assignment, and problem resolution notification. This tool was used in support of the SAP Healthcare rollout in 2003 at Saudi Aramco. 6. SAP eTraining Online (SAPETO) Hosts and manages training videos that SAP users need to complete during the SAP implementation in the company.
