These items are as follows: Travel- Coordinate flights, ground transportation and hotel to all domestic and international locations. Making sure all travel arrangements are confirmed and all agendas are prepared on time. Calendar- Maintaining up to date and accurate calendar for the President. Also, scheduling meetings, phone calls and appointments both domestic and international. Expense Reports- Create and submit expense reports for all trips and miscellaneous expenses. Approving the President's leadership teams expense reports. Event Coordinating- Organzing employee meetings, dinners and events on-site and off-site. Making sure all details are in place and ready to go the day of. Every year, I have the privilage of coordinating and planning the C.H. Robinson MS-150 Bike Ride, which is one of mulitiple organizations Pentair works with. Pentair being a sponsor of the ride, along with having a team of over 100 riders each year. As a team, we have raised over $100,000 each year for this ride. I have been lucky to coordinate for Team Pentair and that includes items like, hotel arrangements, catering, music, games and getting volunteers to donate their free time to help that whole weekend. Marketing/Communications- Assisting Marketing Communications with drafting and editing articles for the Pentair Employee website. Ordering awards when needed. Creating and sending invitations & agendas to attendees.
