Support in defining functionality and consumer insights to be included in new CRM form the company. Main Responsibilities:
• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of company data and BI environments for internal users
• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential clients, markets, products, and business opportunities • Research and evaluate economic, competitor, market, industry, and customer growth trends and conditions
• Adjust product forecasts to accommodate promotional activities, consumption trends, advertising campaigns, and marketing changes to prices
• Review sales team performance against monthly goals
• Present actionable information and insights to management and team members
• Collaborate with sales team and members of other departments with relevant market information
