• Researching and identifying potential new clients
• Generating proposals and contracts
• Identifying and qualifying leads
• Conducting proper follow up and rebooking events
• Tracking percentage of rebookings to reflect high level of client retention
• Building relationships with members and all clients to ensure satisfaction and client retention
• Detailing events through Banquet Event Orders, and room diagrams
• Communicating and coordinating all event details to the, Executive Chef, Banquet Staff, Food and Beverage Director, Banquet Manager, Front Desk Agents, Housekeeping Staff, Engineering Department, and any other involved staff
• Supervising the accurate execution of wedding ceremonies, receptions, and all other booked functions across all markets
• Maximizing event profitability
• Tracking all correspondence
• Follow up on billing and collection
• Providing routine planning assistance and organization to all groups
• Preparing and executing marketing plans to ensure that monthly and annual goals are achieved and exceeded
• Staying apprised of current industry trends
• Continually seeking new ways of generating leads and sales
• Coordinating involvement in bridal shows, trade shows, and networking events
