Jan. 2011 - Apr. 2012Tallahassee, Florida AreaAs the HR Specialist I in charge of HR Special Projects, the primary duties include: Special projects involving office automation, HRIS Leave and Attendance Module Roll-out, streamlining On-Boarding process, Development and Implementation of Basic Supervisory Training, Evaluation and Revision of Performance Management Tool, and coordinating HR Outsourcing projects, including leading the successful implementation of the College’s first ever Applicant Tracking and Onboarding System. Additional duties include: position maintenance (creating, updating, and reclassifying positions), responding to Unemployment Compensation claims and representing the College during UC Appeals Hearings, Worker’s Compensation, and investigating employee relations matters.
