Apr. 2019Berlin, DeutschlandIn my current role, I am responsible for the operational management and strategic oversight of a portfolio of real estate assets, ensuring the efficient and profitable performance of residential and commercial properties. My key responsibilities include:
Operational Property Management: Coordinating the work of property management companies, overseeing the execution of tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. I plan and organize necessary repairs, maintenance, and modernization projects to enhance property value.
Investor Reporting: Preparing regular, comprehensive reports for investors by gathering and analyzing data from third-party organizations and internal departments. I oversee the financial performance of each property, ensuring accurate income and expense accounting.
Leasing and Tenant Relations: Conducting market analysis to optimize rental pricing, negotiating with brokers, and preparing leasing materials and contracts. I also handle property viewings and vet potential tenants to ensure long-term occupancy.
Real Estate Sales: Preparing property exposรฉs and technical documentation, as well as creating financial feasibility reports. I lead property viewings with prospective buyers and facilitate the sales process to meet investor goals.
Throughout my tenure, I have focused on enhancing the economic performance of properties, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong communication with investors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with their expectations.
