Real Estate Sales: Preparing property exposés and technical documentation, as well as creating financial feasibility reports. I lead property viewings with prospective buyers and facilitate the sales process to meet investor goals.
Throughout my tenure, I have focused on enhancing the economic performance of properties, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong communication with investors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with their expectations.
