• Designed and oversaw a $3.2M project to launch the O’Hare Integrated Airport Operations Center. Coordinated 12 agencies to create a consistent environment for both daily operations and emergency activities. • Coordinated safety and emergency operations to support ORD with 919K+ flights, 85M passengers, and 1.8M tons of cargo annually along with MDW with 232K+ flights and 21M passengers annually.
• Organized emergency response strategies at O’Hare and Midway Airports. Guided the COVID-19 response and activated reception centers involving Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria relief efforts.
• Established and sustained a resilient culture of collaboration, facilitated strong cross-sector relationships and communication, and established a robust information sharing network between the City government, airlines, and support services partners.
