Corporate Real Estate Solutions (CRES) JobTrack/Engage Applications – Corporate Reprographics workflow tools: upgrade (JobTrack) and implement fresh (Engage). JobTrack is wholly on-premises and Engage is wholly in the cloud (SaaS). Managed both projects end-to-end. Global Printer Refresh – Reprographics Team printer hardware refresh globally (Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, London, Frankfurt, Paris). 33 new printers installed on corporate network with new printer drivers packaged, tested, and distributed. New operations manual successfully handed over to global teams. Other smaller projects scoped for both hardware and software tech refreshes.

London Data Centre Restructuring; Benefits, Contracts, and People Team Benefit Tracking – Gather, consolidate, and report on programme benefits. Determine and report on all estimated benefits, their status with relation to workstream plans, and report benefit realisation to management and workstream leads. Contract Analysis – Analyse over 100 contracts for strategy changes due to data centre relocations and work with Supply Change Managers to maximise cost benefits while ensuring no loss of coverage. Tracking Tool Development – Develop and maintain a tracking tool for all benefits in scope. A comprehensive tool for tracking benefits was developed in MS Access with multiple data feeds from other systems. This tool is also intended to be rolled out to the Supply Change Management team for continued benefit tracking as a wider scope of their remit.

Digital Systems, Regulatory Change Portfolio Goneaways Initiative – Project to implement a company-wide BAU process to find customers which the Bank has lost contact with. Brought onto project to get it out of red status. Did so by liaising with both Ops and Execs to agree a way forward to lead to a multi-organizational BAU process across the Company. Scottish and Welsh Rate of Income Tax – Implement HMRC changes to UK countries rates of income tax. Brought this project to its conclusion with both front-end and back-end programmatic changes. IT & Change, Critical Maintenance Project Team Successfully completed projects including an office/datacenter move from London to Edinburgh and multiple critical infrastructure upgrades (e.g. Java, Oracle DB, Datacom DB, Telephony, and network hardware) which included both technical and business user bases. Implemented a comprehensive process for patching all of the UNIX/Linux servers in the UK (over 300) on a monthly (DMZ) and quarterly basis.

Responsibilities - Ensure successful delivery of installation and training of our products to new customers throughout Europe. - Ensure all incidents and problems for any of our applications are resolved within expected timeframes.

Responsibilities - Release Mgmt: Built and coordinated releases of system component packages from Engineering into all environments. - Proj Mgmt: Ensure major milestone of synchronised authentication is in place before the December Year End Change Freeze. - Proj Mgmt: Work with engineers and support to ensure timely resolution of technical issues during testing.
