- Sourced and contracted venues upon selection, assertively managed final invoicing, billing disputes and all event logistics to include: food and beverage, restaurant reservations, hotel reservations/room blocks and transportation services, signage, promotional items and audio visual requirements
- Hired, trained and managed a team of 15 temporary event professionals to provide on-site support at each Section conference
- Met and exceeded yearly performance goals: created a Stylebook for the Section, pioneered efforts towards technological advancement by implementing a meeting app and leadership resources website
