Anticipate, meet or exceed the internal and external customer expectations and requirements. Establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships to gain trust and respect, and respond to and resolve client's operational issues as applicable throughout the implementation and deployment phases Collaborate with various teams within the organization to design, develop, implement processes, procedures, and tools to support the efficient implementation and management of multi-functional initiatives and activity including work plan development and prioritization and resource planning Actively track the work efforts of business, technical and quality assurance resources through daily management of the project plan (action item tracking, regular plan maintenance, project issues and contingency plans, milestones, decisions, and overall status as well as metrics and budget reporting when applicable) and also gather input and feedback to effectively communicate with a wide audience of business, technical and senior management staff Work with the product managers in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new strategic initiatives. Translate medium level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to such specifications by soliciting business requirements from sales, business analysts, client services, technology specialists, product and other functional groups Serve as the ‘gatekeeper of information’ of internal data on a company product and disseminate data directly to sales and marketing team, Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times (among others) upon request Regularly partner with the sales enablement and marketing team to plan, facilitate, and execute client facing webinars and panels regarding special products, demos, regulatory updates, and consumer feedback sessions
