• Develop strategic marketing plans and communication strategies that align with the district’s overall objectives, with the goal of increasing engagement from our pastors and their congregants
• Manage all forms of communication, digital and print, including but not limited to important announcements, email, newsletters, website, and social media
• Maintain internal communication platforms and strategies for the team, providing adequate training as needed.
• Curate and create timely, engaging, visually pleasing content for MNYD’s social media platforms, emails, and other communications on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Design and produce all digital and print needs for annual events including annual reports booklet, programs, presentation slides, signage, etc.
• Track and measure the level of engagement of each channel of communication over time
• Consistently evaluates and manages organization’s website to provide a more intuitive experience for our primary audience
