Reinvented the approach to the communication of the Jewish history and tradition through recreational and educational events and collaborations. – Led the creation and compliance of the 360 communications strategy (media relations, events, ATL, BTL, digital and SoMe, POS) – Successfully put together and headed 2 efficient teams: Communications Department and Events Department that increased online and offline attendance x4
– Curated launches of 10+ digital projects (websites, audio guides, podcasts, interactive maps and games) – Contributed to the yearly attendance growth by 20-25%
– Orchestrated the full production and artistic direction of 2 New Israeli Sound music festivals (2019 and 2021) each attended by 5000+ people
– Provided general management and curation for 5 theatrical collaborations, 10+ exhibition openings, 15+ concerts including international acts – Researched, approved and briefed the contractors for events, design, video, digital
– Compiled, presented and monitored budgets for the projects
