I created brand new communications and development strategy considering new conditions making it priority to make festival a summer haven for the free-spirited. – Created and supervised the implementation of the 360 communications strategy (media relations, events, ATL, BTL, digital and SoMe, POS) – Curated partnerships with commercial brands and NGOs that ensured extended outreach and merging of the audiences – Managed festival’s digital presence: launched brand media, new website, 4 digital projects including festival’s archive of 12 years – Selected best ticketing partners ensuring x1,5 increase in sales and monitored the whole ticketing and sales process – Led a team of 12 managers, coordinators, production and design professionals, overseeing their recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day management – Prepared and launched all-encompassing development strategy for the festival and affiliated cultural institutions (artist-in-residence, cultural centre) – Headed production of the merchandise with up to 15 positions with individual design and production techniques – Collaborated with design teams in creating new brand identity and annually updating it – Coordinated the relations with external collaborators including 3 universities, town administration and volunteers
