Today, TransitChek continues to be focused on these objectives, along with helping employees and employers alike cope with rising commuting costs by providing transit incentives, information and assistance. Responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of seven Account Managers charged with supporting, retaining and upselling clients ($12.2M book of business) as well as developing and implementing processes to scale and allocate resources as needed to ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management. Work closely with executive leadership team to identify, qualify and close new strategic partnerships. • Recognized for success in directly managing existing key account and "mission critical" partnerships
• Built, from the ground up, a “best in class” account management team (7 AMs managing 10,000+ accounts) exceeding retention, revenue and client satisfaction goals.
• Team has exceeded all yearly revenue targets to-date in 2013
• Client retention numbers on pace to increase year-over-year in 2013
• Assumed lead role with Senior Management and Finance to re-design the Sales organization, enhance integration with account management team and develop commission budget plans to meet and exceed client retention and organic growth targets.
