ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE ANALYSIS: organizational charts, reporting structures, job descriptions. OPERATION MODE ANALYSIS: specificities based on activity, client, contract object. ESTABLISHING METHODS TO OPTIMIZE INTERNAL PROCESSES: communication flow diagrams, informational subprocess optimization.
GENERATION OF FLOW DIAGRAMS STRUCTURED BY ACTIVITIES: establishing interconnection of operational activities.
MONITORING AND OPTIMIZING CLIENT ACQUISITION ACTIVITIES: tracking approval process traceability in monthly operations.
MONITORING AND OPTIMIZING PRICING AND OFFERING ACTIVITIES: defining approval methodology for offers and setting the sales price. MONITORING AND OPTIMIZING LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES – FROM SUPPLY TO FINAL CLIENT: operational analysis based on contracts. SUPERVISING IT EQUIPMENT PROCESSES: Ubiquiti Unify Router, Ubiquiti Unify Managed Switch, Synology Servers (Active Directory, Data, Virtual Machines), VPN Server, Access Points.
EVALUATING IT NETWORK FUNCTIONALITY: physical network auditing, checking paths, connections, ping responses from access points.
INDIVIDUAL USER SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE: remote access for update verification, security settings, new user installation, Active Directory access rights, email account creation, peripheral installations and configurations. SUPERVISING SYNOLGY CLOUD BACKUP ACTIONS: checking folder structure and data integrity. Additionally, a significant part of my activity has been focused on management actions, where, following the analysis performed, I assigned and monitored the tasks of the programming team to achieve BMF GRUP's objectives. I collected user feedback, created user manuals, trained users, and provided support both in operation and analysis for all user segments.
